HORIZON personnel bring a mix of deep technical expertise, business experience, and keen interest in our clients' work to all of our projects, helping our clients identify and deploy appropriate data and analytic methods to enhance their productivity, reduce costs, and succeed in their missions.
Founded and led by a PhD economist, HORIZON is comprised of professionally-trained and experienced analysts, statisticians, machine-learning specialists, programmers, and application developers. Our perspectives are based on years of experience across industries, in both the private and public sectors: health care, fintech, education, energy, legal and intellectual property, network-based businesses, and public sector administration.
We are not wed to particular “solutions” (e.g., specific platforms, computing languages, data sources, visualization software). This allows us to take on projects of all sizes, and to provide our clients with the data tools and strategies best-suited to achieving their objectives.
